Car got flooded. Need help

This morning I found out with a surprise that my got flooded. The water got in in the passenger side. I started the car, the car started with no problem. The water was already above the exhaust, so when I drove it the car stalled for a few seconds. I started it again and drove with no problem, until I reached outside of my garage. I can't park inside my garage coz we have our 4Runner there. So when I parked my car outside our garage(its higher than the street) the car suddenly stalled. I started again, the car won't rev up to 3000rpm, it just jumps from 2000 to 3000rpm. The belt started to make noise(I still dunno which one) and after leaving the car on for a few minutes, the car stalls again.

Guys, I need help on what to do with my car. Especially in the engine area. Right now I'm just removing the water inside the car and try to dry the carpet.

The car is running good right now. I just changed the oil and transmission fluid. I drove it for 30min and the car didn't stall at all. Hopefully there's no damage to the engine or electrical. Although I could hear the belt(s) squicking. I'll check them this weekend.

My only problem right now is the carpet and the bottom part of the passenger seat coz its still soaking wet. I already vaccum but it seems like there are still water underneath the carpet. I just covered the whole carpet with rugs right now so that it'll absorb whatever water still there. This weekend I'll do the carpet wash.

Do u guys know what's a good carpet cleaning shampoo and solutions out there?

yea, it should be okay, there were 2 feet of water about 3 weeks ago during my delivery which i ran into, and i prayed i would make it out there because i saw some cars that were stucked...
we makes squicky noises for a while after that, but now she's fine..

(flood here is very very rare, the last time it flooded was way back in the 50s, hahah, but due to the snow covering the drain, and the huge rain storm, it was crazy)
