under my dads insurance i pay 106 a month for liability and personal injury for my se-r. Then i got a quote on my 90 fastback under my own name and they said its going to be 135/mo for just liability. Which isnt that bad i guess for my age. I just turned 20

Im insured with Nationwide, and my 93 is not covered under a sports car since it has a backseat. Or at least thats what they told me.

I cant really say much on this subject. Most of what I am qualified for doesnt apply to you.
But I pay $20/month full coverage through Geico.
A total of $156/month for the Tundra, Jag & 240 all have full coverage.

I remember what it was like back in Jersey. I had a 1984 escort wagon & for basic liab. I was paying $240/ month & that was back in 1993.

thats crazy. most insurance companies have dropped out of nj. all the ones that say they offer 30% less or whatever dont offer it in nj. if u try and get online quotes [geico] it says they dont provide here. nj manufacturers is the best insurance company here, however u need to be involved with a business that is a member to have it.

re: insurance

Do the conversion. $400 canadian dollars are only worth $300 american dollars. And it used to be only worth like $200.

California. Good driver - just always get caught - I have 4 points. 21 years old.

$107/month liability- Progressive.

For those of you paying more than what your car is worth per year in insurance.....think it through.....

If you get pulled over once per year - without insurance....the ticket could be as high as $600.

If you get hit and it costs $1000 to get fixed - or even $2000 to get fixed.....you are still ahead.

It is ridiculous to pay insurance if your annual premium is higher than what the car is worth. If you get hit and have to go to the hospital - their insurance will pay for it. If you hit someone and get hurt....your **** out of luck even if you have insurance....cause most likely you will only have liability anyways.

and if you hit someone and they get hurt?? you could be bankrupt with their hospital bills.... that's the part that gets ya.

Plus, if you get pulled over enough in a few years with no insurance, I'm pretty sure they'd suspend your license.
