Here is the first official Club240 Project Car. We will be doing extensive build articles on this vehicle available from the front page, but untill then, I thought I would give you guys a preview.

The vehicle is a 1990 180sx (actually a converted 240...) Originally built for Forumula D as an S13.4. We purchased this vehicle as a rolling chassis with the intention of making it an unlimited class Time Attack car and compete at the top of its class. The build is nothing too particularly crazy, but well balanced, light, and professionally driven. So on to the specifics:

Stitch welding entire chasis
Heavy weight reductions with a goal weigth of around 2150 wet
Custom bracing at specific suspension and chassis points

Engine

GSC 268/270 Road Race/Drift cams
Custom 87mm 9.0 compression pistons

Power Enterprise 1.1mm head gasket
Turbo kit yet to be determined but GT3076 likely
Top feed rail w/740 injectors
Bottom end machine and assembly by AMS
Greddy Intake Manifold
Forge Intercooler
Forge Blow off valves
Cusco Engine Mounts
Exedy Twin Plate
Cusco 1.5 diff
AEM EMS w/boost control
Other aspects yet to be determined

Suspension/Brakes
2 way or higher coilovers
Custom Cantilever rear suspension
Z32 upright
Cusco suspension arms (All)
Cusco Sway bars
Cusco front Camber plate
Wilwood front brakes
Z32 rear brakes, no parking brake

I wasn't being sarcastic, for a car at competition level that look is beast. Also who is supplying the S14 front conversion? Or was that only the plan for the D1 incarnation?

We removed the custom zenki s14 in favor of the standard 180sx. We may change this again next season
