We took the guage cluster out of the dash and tested all wires. I didnt have a laptop with me to check which wires were suppose to be hot, but all illumination wires are hot and all bulbs are getting between 11.3 to 11.8 v. I also checked the dim switch and all wires had current to what bulbs had. Neither the hud, digi speedo, nor the normal illumination lights work on this. Anyone got a opinion on this messed up cluster??

I am just not sure, all fuses have been checked. All bulbs have been checked, my last resort is to goto a boneyard and get a used cluster and see if that will work. From my knowledge of electronics, it seems a board is cracked or something. But i normally dont work with guage cluster.
