Is there any way to adjust at what point the clutch pedal engages the clutch ?

 

Yes look on the piston for the master cylinder (connects to the pedal) there will be a nut. Loosen that nut, then turn the piston to extend or retract it. Retighten the nut, try the pedal, and repeat until you get the desired point.
