Clutch or Turbo: I need your opinion.
Hi guys...I have a problem. I'm in need of a new clutch for my car, as I'm reaching the 90k mile marker on my stock clutch, and the throwout bearing is starting to chatter (Or at least this is what I believe. Not entirely sure, maybe like 80% sure.) Either way, I still need a new clutch, the old one is starting to feel a little spongy, not slipping yet though. I didn't know if a chattering throwout bearing would be a potential problem, or could cause more damage to my transmission at all, if just left alone for a while. I was thinking about changing my water pump as well.
I'm also peicing together my turbo parts, and I'm almost finished, I just need a few more things and I should be good to go.
Now here is the problem: I could either replace my clutch, flywheel, and water pump get it installed, and wait a little later to get my turbo project started, or I could get the rest of my turbo setup together, take time off and install it, trouble shoot, etc, etc.
I mean either way, I'm definitely going to do them, but I'm not entirely sure what I should do first? My main concern is the negative effects of that blasted throwout bearing, and if I should just go ahead and replace my clutch first.
Sorry for the long post, I am just really split on making a decision, and I just wanted to know what you guys would do. Thanks.
Cliff Notes: Get clutch replaced or finish turbo project? Opinions wanted.
Thanks again.

if i were you i would get the stufffixed that needs to be fixed...like clutch, throw out bearing, water pump. the turbo can wait that doesnt make your car any better...just faster lol. thats just me though!
try to tighten the clutch to estimate how much longer it can last. if it's tightened all the way and you still can't chirp in 2nd then it's probably bout time to replace it. i'm working on a ka-t project myself and i know how eager you can get to finish up and buy all the small things you need to turbo charge your car, but turboing a car takes patience. you don't want to rush somthing like that.
As of right now, I can still chirp second, it still grabs pretty hard, I'm just guessing that it's the throw out bearing, considering thats what a lot of people said they've had problems with...As far as I know I've taken off the heat shields, I'll take another look sometime, maybe thats it...
I don't know--but thanks guys.

If you really think it needs a new clutch, which it probable does....I'm gonna have to agree with most everyone and say clutch. With a new clutch, you aren't gonna put the power down and a boosted car is pointless.
i got my car with 124000 miles on a stock clutch. it grabbed pretty good. i got a new clutch kit (exedy stage 1) which wasnt awsome but... it grabs real nice. i also had to replace the clutch master and slave cylinders. i agree with the rest.
True story guys--thanks. I just wanted to reassure myself that it was something more reasonable...infact, I just got my LSD installed; so I'm definitely going to get my clutch done next. How often to the slave and master cyl.'s need to be replaced? Thanks again.
Clutch for sure. If it is your TO bearing going out, that's bad. You'll end up having a messed up pressure plate and well, what good is a turbo gonna do now if your car can't even move, lol. Fix what's broken before moving on to upgrade.
I know I'm new here, but it I would complete any necessary repairs before upgrades, in general. I just got a 240SX that needs a bit of work, and I'm going to finish that work before I make any (minor) upgrades, such as a spoiler. I just think it makes more sense to spend my money on what needs to be done before what I want to have done (especially if what you want to have done [turbo] could adversely affect what already needs to be done [clutch]).
