coilover kit vs spring and shocks
does anyone know what is better
a coilover setup like tein HE's
or some drop springs and shocks
setup will be used for drifting
if really good springs and shocks are better
then what is the best setup for drifting
and how much would it cost for the setup

coilovers all the way man. I have friends that have bought the shocks/struts like kyb adjustables and bought springs like tein S-tech and regretted not saving up a little more for a basic coilover setup. But for drifting, coilovers would be ur best bet
Its all in how much your willing to spend. Good shocks and struts with good springs will run ya about 500 if u look in the right places. If i were you id look into the d2 coilover setup. All my friends seem to be getting em and loving em. There dirt cheap too. Only problem is not many people have used em. So im questioning there reliability. But there spring rates seem to be good and from taking rides in there cars, the handling is great.

are the D2 coilovers really that good
i thought they wouldn't last long because it uses a monotube setup for the shocks
but if anyone has a set of coilovers for sale for a good price

go 4 the he's man their somewhat inexpensive and are made 4 drifting so hav fun!!! if u wanna slap dubs on it and what ever else people like that do get the springs *shakes his head* please dont do that lol
