Destroked ka24

So I was talking to a friend of mine and he is thinking about getting a destroked motor for his talon. Apparently they take a 4g64 block with a 4g63 crank( http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=3935& ). But it takes a 2.4L motor down to only 2.1L with the luxury of revving it to 10 grand all day long. So I was wondering if any one new of a place that could destroke a ka24.

shorter stroke = less torque

plus youll need cutoms con rods and upgrade the valvetrain to rev 10k safely.

theres always a trade off when re-designing the engine. so you gotta be thoughtful about what application youre using the car for.
