Difference in models

ok im looking at a 97 240sx but i cant tell if its LE or base. it has no sunroof but power everything else and no cruise. i cant see the lug b/c there is a cover over them i will put pics up.

i have no idea how to help yea, but dam thats a saweet car, its a looker alright...anyhow are you in the process of buying it? or just looking?, if possible you could try looking at the registration if possible...not really sure

process of buying it all i gotta do is go get the thing. my grandfather has to OK it. its okly got a scratch on the front bumper and back but they are no bigger than a hand and not very noticable maintly scuffs. i like it and you wanna know the really sweet part? its only got 470001 miles low mileage is a plus!

oh and by the way i have a 90 integra and on my registration they messed it up the first time and wrote i had a legend. lol so i dunno how reliable the registration is haha

You could always run the VIN number through CarFax, sometimes that tells which model it is.

tried it lol it just says le/se/base. no specific model. im waiting for the people to look and call me back and let me know if its 5 lug or not. if it is then its LE and i hope its 5 lug. i dont like 4 lug

nice dude, auto or manual? and how much is it going for? if its 5k or lower your one lucky dude...haha I"m still looking around for S14 myself, but its pretty difficult around here in LA...not like I got 6 grand laying around...anyhow good luck dude, dont let this one get away!!

Hard to tell. Look at the original papers it came with. I think the SE hade the wing and the base didnt.

this lady wants like 9k for it. its manual by the way its spotless on the inside i like it. its either this now or wait like 2 months and get an evo or sti or a 350z lol havent decided yet

It's usually the 4-lug that have the covers on the rims. So my guess is it's 4-lug. Look at most factory 5-lug rims for the S14, they show thier 5 lugs. Not sure though.

according to a spec sheet I saw all LE's have sunroofs...so I dont think its an LE...
