I'd like to know what vehicles will accept the engine. I'm not certain but I'm under the impression that certain stanzas and altimas will as well as the trucks.

If you convert the engine/trans to FWD it will work, but thats pointless IMO...it would be MUCH easier to just get a FWD KA engine
