my only problem with NFS:UG is that the modding you do to a car is limited to basic body work and a few bolt ons. Most of the companies I've seen listed for the game do body kits for the cars. It just reinforces that too many people think body kits=faster car.

i wish we had the initial d arcade game on the east coast. that would be awesome!
That sux..well now i know that this game is ganna suck. Do they have suspension upgrades? kus with drifting..komes finely tunning and upgrading your suspension

i play alots to initial D...that game kick ***...yeah it a arcade game and it really unrealistic (a trueno that is fast as a GTR32 on the start line you can't call that realistic) but it so fun!!

If you try it...take time to try the miata it one of the funniest car in the game..it always sideway...hard to keep it in a straiht line

I have NFS:UG and I've been playin it for about 5 days. Quite simply the game is fun and entertaining. Sure, there may be rice in the game, but if they made a straight sim that was pure jdm, they wouldnt sell to the mainstream. Face it, they have to make something that will appeal to the mainstream. It's all about the money. The game is quite fun. You can put Kouki's on the 240 and they have some other cool things in it. The drifting is very entertaining. It might not be an EXACT simulation, but it is entertaining. This game wasnt meant to be a simulation. None of the NFS titles have ever been meant to be simulations. But the game is fun to play. If you are into straight simulation, keep playing GT3 and wait for GT4 to come out. I am with you guys though. I want to see a JDM simulation like Initial D.

unless you know initial d...you wont understand why the hachi keeps up with the gtr. its the formula atlantic.

but yeah initial d is fun...especially when you have the supreme hook up to play for free. but its been a while.

someone said they wish initial d was on the east coast? there are four machines in atlanta. thats where i am. there's one right down the street. but there are too many honda kids and high school kids there.

as for nfs...its a fun game to play around. kind of like tony hawk. doing manji (sp) and linking all the drifts is like linking every dog-gon obstacle in tony hawk.

yeppers.
