I have a question. I know the basic concept that drifting is basicly a powerslide that you try to drag out as long as you can at high redline, but there has to be a lot more talent needed. Is there any place online that talks or tells the stages of throwing your car into a drift and how to control it, and how to end the drift safely.

Basicly what I am asking for is like what are the different types of shifting efforts needed, different types of pedal pressure on clutch/gas, and when to pull the E-Brake, etc...

 

Revv it up and pop the clutch while turning, i just went out to a parking lot after it rained and played around, didn't really learn or something, just goofed around and figured some tricks out =D

And try without using the e-brake, i mean when you first start i guess you could to learn the feel of it, but after that try doing it without the e-brake ;D

Where do I download the drift bible from. Oh yeah, I rarely ever do use my e-brake, just reving and dropping when it rains is what I do to. In my 89' Toyota Supra, I don't have to rev and drop at all, it just has so much torque that it spins the rear tires so easily.

 

i wouldn't say the redlining is like a key or anything, just happens when you give gas while ur drive tires are broken lose lol

 

use Shareaza or any popular P2P software for downloads, (legal stuff of course... )

Theres two types of drifting: Power and toe and heel method. Dont worry about the first one, you probably dont have the set up for it.....
