Its says my ebrake is always up now its just turned on when I was driving yesterday, I slammed my ebrake down lightly a few times and it didnt help its stuck on there how do i fix it.

Either you're low on brake fluid, or the e-brake switch is out of adjustment. I'd say more likely you're low on brake fluid. You're probably not really losing brake fluid. As the brake pads wear down more fluid enters the brake lines, and the level in the reservoir lowers.

It should be filled to the MAX line. Just top it off with DOT 3 ABS brake fluid if you have anti-lock brakes, or just DOT 3 if you don't have ABS.
