electric fan

Some of my friends were recommending an electrical fan for my engine. They said it is a worthwhile investment for my car. The engine is still a ka24de and the temperature gauge always stays in the middle, so would it be a worthwhile investment?

You would definately free up some horses and clean the engine bay up by removing the stock fan and shroud. If you go the junkyard route, you can pick up some fans from an altima or sentra(not sure what year) for around $60. Make sure you wire them through a relay though.

So the altima and sentra has and electric fan that would fit right on there? One more thing with the shroud gone where would all the wiring that goes over the shroud go? Just put it on the radiator or somewhere else?
