I'm not quite sure what you are talking about. Please if you could explain further i could definetely help you. Are you trying to get rid of powersteering?

I am not trying to get rid of power steering I just noticed that the hard line to my powersteering goes from the driver side all the way to the passenger side and then loops back around to the drivers side before it goes into the rack and pinion.

that tube is there to help cool the power steering fluid i believe. I'd leave it be.

yeah they're for cooling the fluid. they're really not in the way of anything so i would leave it alone, unless you were completely getting rid of p/s all together.

yeah "sort of". most the pressure is dampened in the high side line by the restricter.
