yea but you put a stage 3 clutch on a motor that dosnt need it now put a stage 3 clutch on a car that actually has enough torque to need that kind of clutch and then thats when the crappy quality will start to rear its ugly head.

my SR will be making around 300+wtq and i have a spec stage 2 clutch and even that was overkill since my clutch is good for 380 foot pounds of torque

well i romp tha he77 out of it. but yall can belive what every you want im just puttin it out there for people that trust ebay. ill admit i had 2 bad experiances out of the 19 things ive bought on ebay both from non-profesional ebay sellers but they bothed worked/fit properly. thats why you buy from people with 95% or better reputation. but you take that risk for low prices.... read their rep almost 99%!!!!

i know a couple civic owners that have peaced together ebay turbo setups and have been working fine for them, but that was a chance they were willing to take that i would not.

( speaking in General) once again ....... eBay is a store front.. not a company ( it is but it has nothing to do with your car parts)

yes companies like megan started on eBay and are doing well now

companies like ssac started on eBay and are doing well now online with better quality exhaust, manifolds etc....

we/I am not trying to bash you but you have many proven cheaper options available . don't be a test dummy if you don't have to be bro...

as long as you know about galvanized poisoning i think you'd probably better of with the fence piping too.

.

here is the response i got from the guy i emailed."hey the turbo kit i bought is fantastic. it looks great and performs great. the only thing i had to do was cut the intercooler piping to fit my car. but i think its worth the money."

well if you look at there site they did make and install there kit on there own 240. even have donut videos of the car and dyno sheets. i don't think they would buy a 240 to install a kit that will fail on it. it seems they are perfesionals and have a full size shop, they offer many other turbo kits and many other parts.

so i don't know its up to yall .

It isnt a matter of the thing actually working, its a matter of reliability. With no fuel tuning of any kind, that **** is going to be running lean.

man.... its your decision.. i am not one to down any company that i have not personally used.

if you have limited knowleadge with cars etc... this may not be for you. even with a full kit you have to doctor somethings bro....

also a picture doesnt tell that much... especially and external shot.

***** in your court bro... once again we are not jumping on you, just trying to aid you.

oh i know. I'm just saying that its not always junk people assume its junk if it can be associated with ebay its such a bad misconception. they are people like you and me that have made a deal to buy large quantities of items usually 1000 or more for lower discount prices and try and sell for a profit online were there produce will get exposure. thats it, its not crap, just passing some of there savings on to us. oh and yes research before you buy a turbo please you need more parts to make it work with you engine and not against exspecialy larger injectors.

well its no secret that many of the companies use sub-par parts. some people just want the cheap boost no secret.

however its like buying parts from AutoZone Vs the Dealership.

some parts can fly from autozone, but some parts you must get OEM from the dealer.. its just not the same quality

there are MANY turbo brands out that are proven and many suspect also. If you look at my setup.. i saved TONS of money and i have a very very strong proven turbo that i picked up for 125 dollars. ( Cummings Holset H1C)

explore your options and get more reviews dude.. and the best thing is if the turbo fails, you can just swap a better one on. the turbo is not what blows the engine. i hate when people says that. its when the supporting mods dont support turbo......... things go bad.

either way you can piece together a potentially better and more reliable kit for even cheaper..
