Found Apexi N1 universal for $189. Any suggestion?

Found Apexi N1 universal for $189. Any suggestion?
Well the problem is I might do turbo on my car but still not sure. And my friend told me to get 3" since it's shouldn't be so bad on even on NA for now. (but definitly a must for turbo)
so should I go for 3"? and can anyone tell me if this is a good deal? Thanks.
