Looking at getting a turbo kit for my S14 sr20, just wondering what you all think of this:

Most reviews I read about it said it was pretty good and got full boost around 2900 - 3800 rpm

 

1900 for everything! thats crazy! sounds good to me.

dude 1900 is dirt cheap go for it

 

i personally know the owner of Treadstone performance they are located in miami maybe ill ask him if he wants to become a vendor here also seems like a good price they make some good quality stuff

 

damn good price, too bad it dont include the upgrade fuel rail and other small but neccesary parts.

 

cast manifold is meh.

 

easily replaced with a SS ebay one

 

whats bad about it?

 

it looks nasty after awhile(really rusty) and air is not so good

 

is it true about log mani's that they cause boost spikes?

 

Looks solid. Cat iron manifolds are generally not going to give you problems. Greatly resembles the enjuku kit which I have used before and is also cheap. Personally I would opt for them, but this one looks fine. The only questionable piece is the intercooler which i would guess cheap crap (poor internal fin design), but I cant say for sure
