I have a friend at work that is sellinga 92 240SX convertable Limited edition. It has a rebuilt motor, new top and rebuilt Auto tranny. The car inside and out is in good - great condition for its age. It has 211,000 miles on the car and 30,000 miles on the rebuilt motor and tranny. He wants $2700 for it, I was think of offering him 2500

1. Does this sound like a good deal?
2. What makes it a limited edition?
