Got a present in the mail!! ($1200)
Apparently I payed $1200 to much in on my property taxes this year so I got some play money. Probably gonna pay off one of my credit cards and maybe another bill or two so it leaves me with around $500-$700 to spend on my car(s13 coupe). But I can't decide what to spend it on. So far my car doesn't have crap done to it other than some 15" enkei mesh wheels, a ****ty fat can, CAI, some stero stuff and a fresh tuneup. Here is some stuff i'm thinking about.
1. I could complete my stereo. Right now I have an eclipse 5v deck, and 6.5 JL components. I'm probably gonna get new rear speakers no matter what since the factory ones are blown and a decent set is only about $80. But should I buy a sub? I already have a nice 1100 wat eclipse amp. I don't want anything big just one sub that can handle that. I'm guessing for a nice one installed i'll pay around $500.
2. Could finally quit being a ricer with a fat can and get a real exhaust. I could go order a nice catback or go to a shop close by that does custom piping, get a nice muffler and a high flow cat. I'm guessing around $300-$500
3. New suspension. Don't think I need coilovers, since my car doesn't see any track action. Was thinking of going with Eibach sportlines with AGX's or Koni Yellows. I'm guessing around $500-$700.
4. Or I could fix some stuff that is wrong with my car. BAsically small cosmetic stuff. But what fun would that be??
Right now I think suspension is top on my list, my new rims look nice but would look so much better with out that hideous wheel gap. But then again I do drive 30 miles everyday to work and love my music. I'm used to having a $2000 stereo in my altima. On the other hand I would like to start getting a few more ponies to. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions are welcome.

Yep I went with suspension. I didn't get coilovers since the car won't see much track time. I ordered Eibach Sportlines and gonna get some KYB AGX's or Koni Yellows. I might also be getting my exhaust done too. I think i'm gonna snag a muffler and high flow cat from ebay. Any suggestions on good fitting, looking mufflers for an s13?
nooo!!
You diddn't order the springs already did you?
I have a NEW pair of Tein S-techs i'll sell you for a really good price. They have never been installed, used, nothing. They were given to me as a gift, but I have other plans (coils).

sorry for the false alarm.
I thought they were a 2.5 inch drop.
I did a little research and found that they are only like 1.4 inches or something like that, which i'm really satisfied with.
I got caught up in the moment earlier.

I'd also go with suspension... its the first thing i'm doing with my 240.
It will be a lot more "bang for your buck" than a new exhaust (i havn't got my suspension yet but i imagine the difference will be a lot bigger than just a new exhaust, especially seeing as yours already isnt stock)
