Got a serious decision to make.. Opinions ?

Im coming upon some insurance money in 3 days.. i have two cars waiting for me... a 1989 toyota supra.. 7Mgteu with internal work done, paint, new clutch, sound system, hks F-Con, lots of work and mods... And A 1995 Nissan 240sx with T70 turbo and minor internals... both same price. Will be Daily Driven for a loOoong time, work/school/car clubs-meets..etc I kno you guys are Nissan lovers and so am i but i luv supras also.. Help me out here.. think reliability, long lasting..least problems etc.

i wouldnt get a heavily modded car you never know what they did to it id say buy a clean s14 and do your own mods plus a t70 is too huge you prolly wont ever get into boost unless you drive in the free way that thing must take 3 hours to spool

i don't like the 89 supera nor do think buying a 240 with those mods is a sound investment.

i'd look for something else if i were you.

jramothe1st is pretty much hitting th nail, i would just get a reliable lightly modded 240, jsut the stuff that cant ruin anything like cold air intake, btu i wouldnt trust other people doing swaps or messign wtih internals, id rather do ti myself.

Personally, like most others have said, I'd stay away from a modified car basically due to not knowing the works quality and how much abuse the car has received. However, between the two, I'd go with the Supra.

A) I wouldn't get a previously modded car
B) I think both cars look beautiful, but I like the looks of a s14 more
C) Older supras that I see are always rust buckets that don't run worth crap
D) The 240 is 6 years newer and probably runs better
E) It's an OBDI s14, freaking awesome
F) The 240 will outhandle and outstop the supra all day long, might even out accelerate, it's a ton lighter
