Having a hot hot drink always works to warm you up... oh, yeah, but remember to get windex, too, cuz your windows will be fogged up badly...
j/k
I think just have a Nissan dealer or some A/C expert look after that before you freeze to death man. Spend some money and buy yourself some comfy & convenience.

i tell you what...its definately not the condenser for the a/c problem. the only thing the condenser does is desuperheat, then condense and finally subcool the refrigerent by rejecting its heat to the outside ambient air. its probably your a/c clutch.
as for the heating problem...its more then likely your heater core. which is like your condenser only it doesnt have refrigerant running through it. its linked to the radiator and coolant. so the hot coolant flows through. an induction fan pulls ambient air through the heater core, heat transfer from the warmer coolant to the cooler ambient air, warms the ambient air and makes its way to the cabin in which you feel the warmth.
so maybe something is wrong with your heater core or the fan. its in the dash.
