Help me figure out these connectors.....PLEASE!

Okay guys, I have been trying to narrow down a few problems I am having with some electrical stuff in my car. In my search to find out why things aren't working I stumbled onto a bunch of electrical connectors that are either not plugged in, or have been re-routed and I have no idea what they are for. I do know however that my gas guage, dash lights, cig. lighter, power mirrors, ashtray light, horn, cruise control, and E-brake light on the dash are all not working. So here are a few pictures, and I am hoping someone can help me and tell me what they are all for.

So far I have replaced the fuel pump/float assembly, and checked the connections to the fuel guage...no luck. I took out the guage cluster and checked all the connections here, as well as all the bulb's. The cig. lighter, power mirrors, ashtray light, and e-brake sensor are all connected so I have no clue on these. As for the horn, I have not taken it apart yet to check it, mainly because I have no idea how to....so I am gonna wait. I will hopefully be replacing the steering wheel soon anyhow. The cruise control unit/assembly is no longer in the engine bay, so I know that is why it's not working....my question here is: How hard is it, and what all would I need to get to make it all work again? Thanks in advance for any helpful info. PM me if you can help me figure it out.

This is a general view of all the hanging plugs once I removed the piece under the steering column.

1.) Closer shot of a few to help with wire colors and stuff.

2.) Same thing closer view.

3.) This is from directly under the steering column. I though these two would plug into each other, but they dont! WTF...are these for!?!?!

4.) I think these were to the cruise control, but I am not sure. I'll bet it went on the bracket to the left though!

5.) These I assume went to the IAC unit/assembly, but dont know since it was missing when I got the car.

6.) On another note, while I was cleaning out my TB I found all these....doesn't look like they are factory plugs though....hmm...could this attribute to my whistle at 3200 RPM's and above? I have no idea...someone tell me what they are for!

Just plug and play, it should be fine...no two connectors are the same............well just not in the same area. lol

And the three vac lines arn't important.

the big covered one in the 2nd pic doesn't plug into anything, the tiny white one near the covered ones plugs into your "dinger" it doesn't matter unless you like it.

Actually, the one in the first picthat you circled with blue, and said is the panel light is incorrect. The panel light is hanging down on the right side....it is the longest one...you can see it clearly in pic 1. It has red wires, and a crimp connector spliced into it..."god only knows why." I reconnected the light when I put the interior panel back on there.

As far as pic you entitled "duh." If you read the caption above it. I said "They dont plug into each other, I already tried, the connectors bind, and will not fit together."

Onto the "lack of brain power pic." I am not a moron, if I would have been able to find anything for them to plug into, GREAT! I would have done so, but there are only connectors under there....nothing to plug them into. Thanks for the input, but I am looking for a lil more than "look around and find it." I obviously already tried that, and had no luck.
