Can't figure it out

For the past few days I've had this problem with the 240. This usually happens in 1st or 5th. Sometimes when I hit the gas or shift into 5th the engine acts like it isn't getting any fuel. It does this for about 2 and 1/2 seconds then it goes back to normal. It's almost like an air bubble went through the line and got to the injectors. I figured it might have been a clogged fuel filter so I replaced that one. But the problem still happens. So after that I'm stumped. Could it be a bad fuel pump, bad injectors,(just replaced those about 4 months ago) kink in the fuel line? Maybe you guys could think of something.

Oh BTW I went and got a late model 300ZX TT fuel filter and put that one on, had to mess with the clamp that held the old one though, but the same thing happens. Got any ideas?
