hey, im new on the 240 scene, ive been intrested in them for a while and now i gonna purchase one soon, it be cool to get some tips on what to look for when purchasing one, i got 2000 cash right now, thanks

Tension rods should be checked, steering tie rod boots should be checked, gauges should be working (especially if you get an HUD equipped model), as well as if the car will drive on highway past 4000rpm (a common problem). Then there's the usual - make sure stuff works, no leaks, etc.
That's all I can think of for S13's. Try a search - there's been a few threads on "what to look for" when purchasing a 240sx

Good advice. Look around AutoTrader, eBay motors, ect. for a good deal.
