Heyyy New guy with an S13 question...
Yury @ heavythrottle got the VTC working on his S14. Of course, I'm not sure how long it took him to get it that way...

ooooh... good for yury! psh who the hell cares? VTC is trash anyway, and he wasted money on the motor and more importantly his personal time getting that crap to work.

I just read the SCC install in the 89 240sx. How much different is it to install a sr20det in to a 93 or 95? Are thay all preatty much the same? And with the wiring part. If I get the ecu converted from heavythrottle, is it alot easier and like "plug in"?Thanks
240sx fastback = 180sx, not s13. thats why they look nothing like the s13s, 14s, and 15s... but they still have them fandangled sr20det *****. 205hp stock if i remember correctly.

The SR20 will drop into Silvia or 180SX of all years. It will also drop into Nissan Hardbody pickups (they used KA24DE and were RWD).
As for S13, in Japan, people are usually referring to 180SX when they say S13. When they say "Silvia" then they mean Silvia.
