Question Horn & Cruise Control Not Working

I Have a 93 240sx SE and I need some help with this problem i have with my steering wheel. The horn and crusie control are not working and i'm thinking 1 day i will just lose control of the car because the wheel won't be responding. (My Horn will sometimes work if i have the wheel turned a certain way)
If Anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

I would take the wheel apart and make sure that the horn is conected properly. the wire or clip might be broken. Not to sure about the cruse controll, check fuses

I havn't takin mine apart yet. But I belive there are 3 screws on the back side of the wheel. Take these out and the center cover should come right off.

I have the same problem when the shop replaced my turn signal lever.

Im thinking about taking the steering column apart to see what where the problem is. Also, Im thinking about relocating the CC on top of the steering column when I change my steering wheel. The new location may be odd but at least I have an option to have a CC after changing my steering wheel.

there is a set of rings inside of the steering wheel that allow contacts for the horn and the cruise control... might be a bad connection or it might be that the rings or the contacts are broken... if they are broken you will need the assembly from a junk yard to repair it i dont know if the extra set i have would work in your car or not... different year and all that... i will look when i take off my steering wheel this weekend...

the rings for the 89 and the 93 are the same... i have an extra one in my 89 hatch so you might be able to get one from a junk yard...or i can take mine all the way out and sell it to ya... if you want it i will pull it for ya...
