you can do it 2 ways:

1. taking out the motor for the power windows as well.
take off the panel and remove the plastic covering (if its still there) there should be 4 13mm nuts on the top and bottom, make sure the window is all the way up.undo those nuts and screw the studs in clockwise, disconnect the power cable. than there should be 1 philips screw holding the rubber molding on the other side undo that and pull it off. than push the whole unit away from the carn and the studs should come out of the holes. remove the 2 stoppers on the glass, if they are still there witha 10mm i belive. then take the unit out as one piece. there should be 3 10mm nuts attached to what leffed of the window remove those and transfer the whole thing onto the new window. re install the same way you took it out. just dont do anything violent, if i has trouble comming out or not going in look and see what is preventing it from doing so.

2. the second way is to put the window about 3/4 of the way and undoo the 4 10mm nuts holding the glass or what left of it in, take off the 2 stoppers wiht a 10mm, remove the 2 stud pairs and pull the glass out. than reinsert the new glass and line upthe holes on the window with the studs , once thats secured install the 2 stoppers and your good to go. this way is a little more difficult adn have more of a chance of breaking the window.

i did it #1 the first time but #2 should work but it will require more precise movements of the glass
