hey guys I just fixed my timing chain guide but after I put everything back one my idle fluctuate oftenly. (not everytime but alot and stalled once). But the engine runs fine while driving. what problem could it be?

 

Timing good?
All emissions and vacuum connected correctly and tight?

 

the same problem problem happened to my friends car, it could be a bad intake manifold gasket
