Hello,

Some dumbasses who owned the car before me did a crappy job on the radio. anyway, i can directly wire the radio for power and ground, but i'd like the use the ignition 12volt (i COULD directly wire it, but don't want to forget to turn off the radio). i think a ton of applications tap into this ignition 12volt. anyone know a good spot? i tested the radio harness and i get nothing out of it and i checked all the fuses.

ignition wire is somewhere near the steering column, so look there. true - a ton of stuff taps into the ignition circuit, but they all use small wires and might not be able to support running a head unit off of.
