That is clean man, I give you props.
Personally I want to make mine super short eventually, just have maf to the tb, and just a filter, no tubing.

WHAT the HELL, is that a red bull can where the cruise control should be???????

Actually the battery is best in the trunk from the back and dead center, gets those donuts swingin'.

Or get a smaller battery, like a bike, lawnmower, aftermarket race one. I think you could use a cap for the sound system without issue.

Lightning caps are a defenite plus. When it comes to batteries that are smaller than normal it would probably be an optima battery.

i figured out how to relocate the battery.. only 1 last question i hope.. how big does the "u" pipe need to be? like 8" and bent at 30 degrees?

and steve 14.. i remove all the stuff on the right side, or is that optional stuff that you removed along with the stock filter stuff?

Yes the first pic is correct for your maf. I am sure you can reuse the rubber circled in green but a silicon coupling would be better. I am sorry I don't know about those two hoses. Good luck with the project.

go to pepboys or discount auto
buy a civic intake $30
get a hack saw and cut it
take all athe stock parts off
your going to need to get a adapter for the cone filtter that will bolt on to the maf where the stock air box bolts on

heres mine
I did the same thing, kind of, but the space is tight and the hose for the rad sits too close to the intake pipe. Gets the pipe real hot which makes the air real hot.

Now, I don't know if this will equal out when my header is on. It might. That was my reasoning in the first place. The header is going to make the drivers side bay hot as hell on the s14.... is that where I want my intake air coming from?

Also, I hear you get better throttle response from the shorter intake. It felt real nice to me when I had it on but I had no money for a dyno so who knows.

Until then, I put my AEM back on and I'm real happy with it and the sound is nice too.
