Talking its a done deal!

ITS FINALLY MINEEEEE!!!! We got the title transferred yesterday, so I'm bringing it home either saturday or sunday. Man, I am just ecstatic! I'll post pics as soon as its here. (keep in mind, I only paid $250 for it, so it needs a bit of body work)

I will one way or the other, maybe just take my cousins cam for the day or somethin. Its really a sore sight as of right now, but dont you worry, all in due time. (since I go to a vocational school, HOPEFULLY they will do the paint and body work for the cost of paint) The only body damage though is on the front. It got driven under a jeep cherokee, so the hoods smashed up a bit, one hinge is broken, and it needs the whole front bumper piece (its a pignose, so its all one thing I believe). HOWEVER, besides where the paint got scratched off on the hood, this beast is RUST FREE!!! WO0T!

well I can OFFICIALLY say I have my very own 240!!! I'm sure you all know the excitement of finally havin that thing sittin there starin at you, now I just gotta save the money to get it street legal lol. As of right now its sittin a few houses up at my uncles in his backyard. But the guy I got it from lives like 2 minutes away, so I made a dash from his house to mine. Man.....driving that thing....compared to what I usually drive (a 91 escort with 217,000 miles on it) its got BALLLLLSSSSSSSS! My mom was like "you sure your not gonna stall? You havn't driven 5 speed in a while ya know, I'll drive it home if you want." and the first thing that I could think of was "he|| no!" lol. She said she was tryin to keep up with me, and I was only revin like 2-3k when I shifted. Oh man what an amazing feeling lol. I was doin about 50 before I even realized it! I can tell....this is gonna be a money pit, but a money pit of love!

well from the back, and certain angles of the sides it looks perfect, like its new. But from the front...you can obviously tell its not lol. It got driven under a jeep so the hoods smashed in, the latch is bent a bit, it needs a new hinge. BUT, I think once I get the hinge, and pull out the latch (its pushed back) the hood will fit good. (idk if i need to replace the hood or not, I'll see when I take it to the body shop at my school)
