a car like that would be free in my area. so a "good deal" would depend on your market really. Personally I would part out the car and start with something that doesn't have body damage (unless it's an easy fix). and drop a fresh motor in a fresh body.

get a new door, order a 180sx front clip, or just buy a motorset and get hardlines and stuff from a junkyard. get some of those new Stance gr basics, or max coilovers.

or buy a running car.

rebuild the sohc, run some side draft carbs, some crazy head work, and massive internal work. get 250 whp, n/a.

if your a hands on person and can afford it/have time, i say keep it and learn. do the 5 speed swap yourself(or maybe a buddy to help) its not that hard. go to a salvage yard and replace the door if your not comfortable with the body work(i hate doing body work myself).

Do something abit different with engine swaps. keep in mind different, more often than not, is more expensive, but hey, its the price you pay to stand out right? I personally like the infinity v8 swaps but thats just me. whatever you do, do it right and have fun?
