i was driving then all of a sudden the speedometer light, and brake lights turned off. my brake light worked when i stepped on the brakes. what could be the problem?

 

Did you check your fuses?

 

yeah i just checked the fuses and one of the fuses for the tail lights is out. and i changed it but it blew again so probably a short somewhere?and does that one fuse control both the tail lights and the cluster? i'm guessing yes because when you turn on the cluster the light turns on thanks
