new breaks e-break light is this a problem??

I just put on some new rear rotors and brake pads.. now after since my e-break light has either been saying ON while the e-break is all the way down.. .or sometimes the e-break light will just flash once and say off for the rest of the day. what does this mean?

No need to get agitated, obviousy someone hasn't encountered a problem like yours. Have you adjusted your e-brake?

a 92 is a pretty old car. Maybe a worn or burnt out E-brake sensor? Maybe its the rear harness. I never ran into this yet.

there is a 10mm bolt under your e-brake cover (you do not have to remove the cover) just pull the E-brake up and look at the front/bottom of the cover and you'll see it, just tighten it or loosen it.
