MAF Sensor Cleaning tips?

MAF Sensor Cleaning tips?
I got some build up on my MAF sensor, i want to clean it with an electrical cleaner that will leave no residue, what i am wondering is there any way to get good access to the sensor? One side has a screen, and the sensor seems fixed to the tube housing so it doesn not appear to be removable... any tips? this is on a 95 240sx
