My Exhaust Build

Hey, ive been doing alot of research on what kind of Exhaust system i should stick on my 97 s14, and was thinking of going with a Tanabe system. See the problam is im a total noob win it comes to Exhaust systems..what im looking for is something with a nice low pitch, not a noizy one at all, becouse where i live the cops are very very gay lol and the law states that i cannot do anything to my stock muffler..see thats where the tanabe exhaust comes in, its very low and isnt noizy. So what do you guys think? any of you own a tanabe system? haha and dont flame me guys im just a brother tryin to learn from others haha

Oh btw i hope i put this in the right section

tanabe is a tried and tested brand they are known for high quality jdm parts so you cant go wrong. also dont go 3" unless you plan on getting a turbo, 3" on a NA engine sounds loud but on a turbo it sounds nice because the turbo itself blocks alot of noise. so 2.25" is a good size for a stock 240 motor

hks exhausts are by far the quietest. i don't have any first hand experience with tanabe exhausts.

i didnt know jack and got a 2.5 in on stock NA and it sounds so loud and beefy, but still sexy. not obnoxious though. my friend's dad has an HKS header back system and it sounds friggin awesome.
