yo, you gotta hear me out, this place is for anyone who got a sad story to tell, here's mine:

November 2004
right from the get go, it was a spiral downward
i went to turn on my comp the other day, and it didn;t start, this happened before, the power line must have gotten loose, so i check and made sure everything was connected properly, tried it again, and still no life,i didn;t want to believe it, but my comp was dead, (probably the power supply died)
,, sigh,,
[im on my bro's comp right now]

a few days went by, i just got out of school and was on my way home, i was driving myself and a friend home,
everything was going good, although it was snowing hard, i could still drive okay, slowly, but okay,

we came toward an intersection
i saw this guy stoped at his stop sign as he was suppose to, so i didn't bother slowing down (no sign on my side) llike how you are suppose to be cautious in such weather and condition
but in an unpredictable moment, he jet set out into the middle of the road and stopped at my sigh
i brake, pump like crazy since i dont have abs, still slide due to wet road, slam head on into the guy
i couldn;t steer away because 1 i was sliding and 2 there were on coming traffic in the other lane...
my immediate reaction was alot of the F words and slamming the steering wheeljavascript:smilie('')
angry, i kinda got my friend scared, heh,,
(now i can't work, delivery boy)

i got all his information, he then pushed (literally pushed) his car away, leaving before the cop came, then later i found out he got no insurance and he's not the owner of the car.. sigh

i then manage to drive my car home and park it in the drive way,

a few days went by, i went out to my car to get some books (for class)
i open the door and said out loud "F*CK!"javascript:smilie('')
shock javascript:smilie('')
angry
my car got rob!
they took my sub, my amp, and since da stupid mothaF*cker donno how to remove da cd player, he took just da face instead and vandalize da rest, the B*tch even took my little screw drivers
and guess what,
that's right, he took all my CHANGE!!!

grrr...
this has not been a good month for me...
initialy i was gonna do delivery till i have enough money got sr20det swap, and hook up my car, now i just gotta hope that insurance will pay me,,

i forgot to mention, he drove a SUZUKI RODEO, it had minor demage, can be easily bent back out, while my car was a total wreck, sigh

that **** sucks, I know how you feel, I've had a bad month before, but now a little later things are starting to look up for me. Give it some time and things will start to look up for you too

 

**** man, don't let all this ish get u down... I've been thru something similar... went from my car to my computer.... like a month and a half of bad luck...

in that period... I destroyed the motherboard on my computer, some jackass hit my car and ran, ****ed up my door and fender, my dad's car got hit on the right side, I lost a GF, and a whole lotta **** in school. It was pretty rough. I think things are turning up now....

Anyway what I'm trying to say is I know **** looks bad but dun let it get u down, after every dark night, the sun surely comes out, u just need to brave the darkness till it does....

yea i had a bad few weeks before... i bought a 90 civic hatch for $2200 and a month later i got rearended by a ****ing calalier with the pointy front end and it ripped off my rear bumper... the metal mount rubbed my tires so i had to bend it and jimmy rig the thing back on, later on the next week i was driving these two girls home and i was flying down a main street and some **** in a blazer backs out into traffic and i slammed on the breaks thinking it would do something

i didnt have ABS so i slid and it was wet so cutting the wheel didnt help and i drove my car at 50mph under the *** end of his blazer completely totalling my car, did i mention that i was taking the same two girls home in both accidents and one is my ex and i want her to die? well yea

but good things came from it i got $800 from the first accident from the insurance company, and i got $1900 from the second one since backing out of your driveway in the state of Ohio is ileagal on a main street, it was his fault... so i basically made money off the car and saved a bit more and got my 240 which i'm super happy about...

thought i'd just add my story

 

Freak accidents since I got my 240 3 months ago-

1. Dog charged my car while i was driving, denting in my rear quarter panel
2. Some a-Hole at school keyed it (foot and a half long)
3. Someone spit on it ( i know but it pissed me off)
4. It was robbed (stole head unit, and 350 cd's)
5. It was hit by paper lady while out in front of house
6. Man ran into it on his bike when i was pulling into a gas staion
7. Was totaled last night when a drunk driver plowed into it while i slept

NO MECHANICAL PROBLEMS HOWEVER!

I have only had it for 3 months, well, sh.it happens..

Don't you have uninsurred motorist coverage? Your insurance should cover it if the loser that you were involved with has none. (unless it was YOUR fault)

 

I wrecked my Dad's Maxima on Halloween two years ago. It was the fault of the construction company that had recently changed that road. The changed it from a two-lane highway into a divided road with an island in the center. They left the old lines on it and just painted a ****load of new ones on. If that wasn't bad enough, they put a road closed sign up on the right at the point where the road split. I think you can figure where this is going. Our insurance totalled the car and gave my dad more than enough to pay off what was owed on it.

I was in the hospital for two days, mostly for observation. I had broken my right thumb and my left wrist. My parents took me home and searched for a lawyer who would take our case. We found one who luckily had some contacts who were road engineers.

After I spent 8 months recovering, I was able to return to work and scrape by for another year and a half.

Just last August, I received a settlement for $40,000, of which I received $17,000. The rest went to my lawyer. Because of that money, I was able to get my 240SX, as well as attend local college without worrying about having a job at the same time. I'm currently working on Associates degree in Automotive Repair.

well, i've already taken my car apart, doing most of the work myself, and as for any major damage done to the frame, ill leave it to the expert that a reapir shop,,

as soon at the insurance pay me, im gonna get me a body kit, maybe CF hood, and some new lights, which will bring me up around 1g
i want one of them east bear light, but god dman they r such a rip off, and those c-west ones too,

o yea, i forgot to add a few other things, i have an asshoel for a professor and i have 2 of his classes, and next semester i'll have him again, for 2 more classes, since he's the only one teaching those subject,,

and during this month was my payment mont, i pay 400 buck for 3 more months of insurance and my school called me up syaing i dont have enough fund, so bam, another 200 bucks out of my pocket,,

im also having the feeling that my gf is "drifting" away from me since i haven;t seen her in 3 weeks, due to my job, her having a life, and then the car accident,,,
hope im only being paranoid,, sigh..

and oh yeah, here's something that happened this month that was a really bad thing for all of us, BUSH, that's right, i don't know how da hell he won, i mean damn them religious, retarted, rediculous, racist red necks....

okay if you are rich and you vote for a republican, that's understandable, since u r only protecting your money, but when u r a trailer trash and saying you got moral, hating on blacks, jews, and gay was da reason y u went for bush, u r full of sh*T!!!,,, bush gonna own all our asses, especially all them n*ggas that be driving V8, gas price r crazy, i hate bush, and what im hearing about a draft aint a good thing, sigh,

i fell in love with 240's after my cousin got one years ago. so after getting my license i finally bought one of ebay ( yes i bought it not my parents ) and had it shipped to me. i bought it with some front end damage but they told me the fram ewas not bent. so after taking the fron end apart i found out the frame was bent so i sold it. ( not wanting to put money in a car with a bent frame ) so then i bought an integra , i know but there are no 240's around here none! so after a couple of weeks a tiburon cam up on my *** and passed me, not wanting to be taken down by a hyndai i quickly caught right back up were now crusing at about 100, and they see a cop and SLAM on brakes, i didnt have abs and the cop was coming the other way, not wnting to hit them and risk them leaving the road and getting hurt and not wanting to hit the cop head on i slid off the road, when i went off the road i was still oing about 80-90 and hit the first tree on the passenger side which really wasnt that bad ( oh and i was by myself thank god ) but it spun me into the second one which i hit on the drivers door. i hit the tree hard enough they had to remove the tree it took my whole rear tire off with the brakes and lugs and everthing still attached and the whole rear off the car MANGALED. luckily the cop understood ( not wanting to hit the other car ) and i got careless driving and didnt loose my license. the plus it made me a better driver alot more focused and under controll and a hell of alot smarter and i finally got a 90 240 coupe that i origally wanted ( the first one was a a hatch ) but i do have to replace the motor, nothin i cant do myself. so as bad as it was i needed it. thier is always a positive for everthing you just might not know it at the time when everything seems like hell. -mark-

the today i got down and dirty, knowing that my insurance is gonna call it "total lost", ill have to buy it back from them, i went ahead an get started on fixing it, i got the fenders, front bumper and both head lights off,

im still trying to figure out what to do, s13 conversion? eastbear headlight? or just stick with da original whihc i can get off a friend for dirt cheap,

im gonna get CF hood fo shoo yo!!
and a body kit, i know exactly which kit i want,,

but right now im having some delima, the bumper reenforcer is all bent up, so i just decided to F*** it, and took that suck off, and beside it was heavy, weight deduction is always a good thing, now im having trouble removing the radiotr support (it's f*cked up bad) after removing all the nuts and screw, it is still on tight, it looks like it was weld somewhere, i wonder if anyone know how to remove them? beside sawing them down,, im gonna replace it with one ill get from my friend, but getting it off is a pain in da *** right now,,,
