I just put a sr20 in my 91 240sx. I have no power steering......it has correct amount of fluid and no leaks. I put on a new high pressure line and tried another used pump and power steering rack. The rack boots are not torn and I have no leaks.......any ideas........which one is more likely bad I will buy a new one.

 

just take the power steering out makes everything easier....and makes you stronger haha

 

so you have tried a pump and a rack, and it still doesnt work??


thats it, those are the only major components of the power steering system.
