SR20 swap trouble-help please

One of our local customers purchased a SR20 swap from us, and chose not to go with my installation because $800 was too much. Of course now it doesn't run very good, and seems to be only firing on the 2 rear cylinders. The front two were wet with gas, but don't fire or if they do not very well. ECU's have been swapped, and injectors tested, still doesn't fix it. I comp tested the motor-of course that's the first place the finger was pointed, and it tested at 170 PSI x 4 and attained it in 4 strokes. Any idea what is wrong? This was a clip and I got photo's of it running before it was 1/2 cut-I know they messed up the wiring or something?

coil, sparkplugs, or wiring from ECU to igniter, igniter to coil...check all that first....the ECU pulses ground for the coils so check to se ethat they have power while the key is on.

Ok,we have swapped the ignitor, ecu, and swapped the coils to other cylinders, and we still have a mechanically sound 2 cylinder SR20. We followed the wiring from heavythrottle's site. The fuel pump isn't working sometimes, but when it does theengine cranks and only runs on 2 cylinders-front 2 are still dead. I'm going to test the pulsing ground like jon said and see whats happening there. anyone else with any ideas let me know.

This swap still doesn't run, any possibility of it being the cam angle sensor? It's the only thing I haven't swapped out or tested?
