Also lights will go up but refuse to go down. I've tried replacing the relay and the switch itself. Any Ideas?

 

O, hope it goes all good.

 

u may have to go to the junk yard and take out the box where the light control wires plugs up up to. if u need help locating the box. just search for Sleepy Eyes, and inside that thread you wil find some photos. the box is black.
