OBD1/OBD2 turbo question...

okay guys, i know there's info on this BUT i have a situation..

i have a 1993 fastback, and i recently blew the engine..

so my dad's friend put in an S14 engine in it, and it runs great..

now, i have a question..

the KA is off a 95, but the donor car's gone, and i dont know if it was OBD1 or OBD2..

now, i dont know if the engine itself, has to do with the OBD issues, but i dont know..

i mainly wanna know, cause i want that greddy turbo kit..!!

let me know if there's anyway i can find out guys..

EDIT: oops, can someone move this to the proper forum?

sorry..

The engine dosn't really have to do with the OBD stuff thats in the ecu and some sensors, most like your engine was kept OBDI,

there are plenty of good options for turbo kits just look around.

anyone feel free to correct me if im wrong.

^^
ur on the right track buddy

simpliy go with and 93 intake manifold and ecu, better for boost.

i have an 95 ka with and secondary butterfly-less 93 intake manifold.

If the engine is in a 1993 it will be made to act like an OBDI engine, also since you still have the '93 ECU your definitely OBDI.
