odd noise

i posted earlyer about a rapping noice coming from my engine. it was kinda hard to describe. it makes it at starup, just below 3k and again at aroud 4.3 to redline. this vid has the exact same noise that my car makes. is this noise normal for 240's or is it serious?

its kinda hard to hear it while he is revving it, but when the car is first started you hear loud rapping noise that quites down after a second or so, then when he revvs it, it the noise come back, but its hard to hear over the exhaust.

the noise is defintly coming from the motor, and its that same ice in a blender sounding noise. graned my resonater is busted and the internals are missing, so i guess that counts as an exhaust.
