HEY! Just got home, car is SICK. Unfortunatly, i couldn't drive it here. I only have my permit(i'm 16), and we borrowed a friends Repair Plate, b/c its not registered. I did however, drive around the neighborhood 3 times lol.

My step-dad drove back. Engine is VERY healthy. Idles around 700-800 without A/C. Pulls really hard, and best of all, in 5th gear, it pulls like crazy, no need to downshift, half-throttle in 5th will lay a nice pass on the highway(80mph).

I've only driven one other standard, so its kind of tough for me right now. I'm trying to get used to hitting the gas before i let the clutch out, since it idles low. The other i've driven idles high, so there's no need for gas.

Cosmetically, it needs a little work: door, antenna, and various other interior things (rip in seat, missing visor, etc.).

I'm not completely sure if the seats are stock or not... they feel a lot like a racing seat... but are covered in the stock "tweed".

I'll have pics up in an hour or so.

5zigen is pretty comparable. Don't know as far as cost goes.
If you go to the apex website "customer service" they can reffer you to a dealer that carries the N1 in 2.5". Try some australian dealers as well they sold the sr20de not t in many of the silvias in Australia. The Aussies know whats up as far as exhaust goes.
As for me I save my money for internal stuff, thats why I went with the cheap pacesetter cat back, but the results are good, and it sounds throaty.
You can always go Greedy SP they offer it in 2.5" and 3", but for $600, I wouldn't buy it.

Or you can go with this in 65mm.... Pretty good deal for HKS. You save like 2 dollars. Sarcasim if you couldn't tell...

Quick Gut the interior.
Clean the Engine Bay.
Throw in a CAI
Then 2.5" that sucker all the way down +Test Pipe mind you.
Cut the Brown wire.
Get S14 seatbelts.
Get better rearview mirrors.
Change all your fluids.
ALL YOUR FLUIDS.

that's easily a weekend project right there.
