If I let my car sit longer than a day without driving some sort of signifigant distance the battery will be dead when I try to start it the next morning. It is an Sr swapped s13 w/ a trunk relocation kit I know it could be a lot of things but I was just wondering if anybody has had a simmilar problem and might have some ideas.

 

either something is being left on and draining the battery, or maybe your battery is on its way out

 

my car did that when the wiring for my cd player was messed up...the person i got my car from wired it wrong and had wires touching and everything

 

same here. my radio stayed on after the car was off too. all i did was switch the illum. and memory wire and it went away. doubt it helps but worth a shot.

 

my car is doing the same thing but my radio is wired with a harness and everything

 

just had the same problem. my car was really hard to start this morning and when I came out of work this afternoon i had nothing. the engine lights or anything wouldnt come on, it was stone dead. Just lately my stock radio when its on has this engine high pitch whine that whines louder when I rev up the engine, what the heck is goin on?
