Question Q on removing tranny parts

I Posted this on 240sxforums but no one could help me

So I plan on doing a auto -> manual conversion on my s14 kouki. A local guy is parting out his s14 zenki that is a stickshift everything that I need from the car is there except the actual transmission is a little messed up so I won't be getting that from this car. Here is a list of the parts I will need just so you guys know:

Shifter
M/T mounting plate
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch slave cylinder
Clutch lines (main line, bleeder line, rubber line to slave cylinder)
Driveshaft front and rear sections
Adapter bolts and nuts for mounting crossmember to 5 speed
Reverse light sensor (passenger side of tranny)
Neutral Position sensor (top passenger side of tranny)
Speed sensor (below starter motor)
OD (5th gear) position sensor
Crank angle position sensor
Clutch pedal assembly
Brake pedal from 5 speed
Lower shift boot and plate
---> upper boot is no good
--->actual tranny is no good (and OBDI)

If I have to drop the tranny I guess I'll try to get the flywheel and flywheel bolts also (I might even just get the tranny if I have to drop it out the car)

My question is, with a day to get it all off, 4 jackstands, and everyday tools - what from the list above will I be able to get off with the limited amount of tools, and how should I go about doing this?

Some of the sensors are mounted ontop of the transmission bellhousing arn't they? so will I be able to get to those? and since the car is OBDI will it have all the same sensors?

Thanks for the help
