relay clicking by ecu

i wasnt sure were to post this but its a general questions so here.

ok. i did a sr swap and now i have a relay thats brown in color right down where the ecu goes that just clicks like crazy. it clicks when i start the car and when i hit big bumps and high rpms/speeds. does anyone know what this relay does or why its clicking....its really loud to and thats whats bothering me.

also, on the passenger side of the car if you pull back the carpet a little you can expose all the wiring that goes through there. i have a small harness with maybe 6-8 wires in and a connector that would reach to were the ecu goes but there is no lug for it anywere. its goes under the carpet and back towards the rear seats and from there i dont know. does any one know what thats for or whys its there.

Thanks,
Jay
