i just bought a hotshot header. i tried removing my stock header, got everything off, but the EGR thingy. couldnt get that off, there are no good angles to get it. so how'd you guys do it? anything wel help thanks.

 

go to the NA forum, there is a stick on installing the hotshot/DCsports header

try one of those "preasure wrenches" I believe they are called, the one's that open and when you close them, they are hard, but then they click and keep locked. That is what I used in my car when re-furbishing it. Aslo try wd-40. put it on the morning, then 2 hours later, and soak it every 3 hours after that for a day. then next day, if you can still turn it on, get it hot (not too hot) and spray it some more, then when it dries, soak it again, and again. If you soak it all the time, withing 24 hrs it should be super loose.

 

i just got at it using a cresent wrench, it took me a lil bit htough

 

i got it in using a C shape thing. i got it out. put it in already. it took a while, it was real hard fiting this thing in . performance is very impressive. i like it alot. thanks guys.
