OK I prderd a new gauge cluster off ebay a week ago and it arrived today. I swapped the odometers so I have real mileage, at first it didnt work, the it stayed at 35MPH and then it was perfect after that, I dont get it, its like it has to warm up? BTW this was one of the hardest things ive done on my car, you guys have no Idea how hard it was to work around the tilt steering adjuster, Im supprised I didnt crack the TRIM.

needle. It still doesnt work perfect!!! But atleast it works a little unlike the other one.

Did you replace just the face of that gauge (taking needle off, etc), or did you replace the entire gauge assembly (taking it out of the pod)?

 

I Replaced the whole cluster but I swaped the odometer off my old cluster.
