replacing electric seatbelts

well im in the process of stipping out my car and as i was looking into to removing the rear speakers but it kinda looks like the wire that goes to the speakers merges with the wires that go to the seat belt motors. I wanted to get rid of these wires and so i figure i might as well upgrade to manuel seatbelts so i can get ride of all the wiring. Now heres my question. Are the s14 ones the only seatbelts that work. I figure i could just find any nissan with them and bolt them up in my car. Im so tired of rockin the electric seatbelts lol. alot of times they won't go back and they move pretty slow when they do. It would probably be cheaper to just get manuel seatbelts than replace the motor for the electric seat belts anyways. thank you for any replys
